Known Issues:
Problems have been noted with the following configurations:
Web Browser: MS IE5 for Mac: Incompatible with JavaScript pull down menu system.
Older versions of AOL web browser: Incompatible with JavaScript pull down menu system.
Netscape & Opera: Not fully tested. Screens may not display as intended. Menus may not operate correctly.
Operating System: Mac OS or other GUI OS: Not fully tested. Not fully compatible.
Screen Resolution: 640x480: Some images and screens will not display fully without scrolling and panning.
Screen Color Depth: 256 color display: Colors will not display as intended. Speckling or bars may appear.
Web Connection: Many large photos exist on this website. A fast connection is important to view these.
Web Content Accessibility:
- A text equivalent has been provided for non-text elements on this website. Images, graphics and photographs contain "Alternative Text" (ALT), and in some cases also contain descriptive labels or captions.
- A mouse or other pointing device is not required. Links and form fields are accessible using the tab key.
- Equivalents are provided for dynamic content. The JavaScript menu system is optional for website navigation. An alternative menu system is provided, as well as an accessible "next page" and "previous page" function and a SiteMap.
- Foreground and background color combinations provide sufficient contrast when viewed by someone having color deficits or when viewed on a black and white screen.
- The target of each link is clearly identified.
- Large blocks of information are divided into manageable groups where natural and appropriate.
- Information is provided about the general layout of this site.

Using the Accessibility Features of your Web Browser:
Microsoft Internet Explorer (and other web browsers) allow the user to change some display characteristics to help that
person view text in a size and style that is readable to them. As an example, the following explains how to change the text
styles in IE6:
- IE6 Menu: Tools > Internet Options... > Accessibility...
- Formatting: Check or Uncheck: Ignore Colors or Font Styles or Font Sizes specified on Web pages
- User Style Sheet: Check or Uncheck: Format documents using my Style Sheet (optional)
- Specify location of MyStyleSheet.css (optional)
- Indicate OK and then OK
- IE6 Menu: Tools > Internet Options... > Fonts...
- Specify Web page font
- Indicate OK and then OK
- IE6 Menu: View > Text Size > Smallest to Largest
