The map of the Sawmill Sector Development Plan for Generalized Land Use shows a large area in the center which is classified as Industrial & Manufacturing (purple), Wholesale & Warehousing (lavender) or Vacant (white). This center area is surrounded by a major highway (I-40), Single Family areas (yellow) and various commercial or public areas (red, brown, green, light blue). Arbolera de Vida was built in the center area in 2001 and is not yet shown on this map.
