Connie Chavez, Executive Director, cchavez@sawmillclt.org
Connie has over fifteen years experience in administrative management of nonprofit organizations. Connie joined Sawmill CLT in 2003, was appointed Associate Director in 2004, and then Executive Director in October 2005. Prior to that, she woked as the Portfolio Manager/Information Systems Manager for the New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund, a statewide loan fund for small business and nonprofit groups. She grew up in the Sawmill/Wells Park Neighborhood and holds both a historical perspective and a future vision for the area.

Christina Cosme, Finance/Operations Manager, ccosme@sawmillclt.org
Christina joined the Sawmill CLT staff in January 2009 with several years of experience in nonprofit administration and management. She moved to Albuquerque in 2004 to work as an AmeriCorps* VISTA Volunteer for ACCION NM focusing on outreach activities and organizational development. After completing a year of service with ACCION, she spent three years working in several capacities for the New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund, a nonprofit microfinance organization. Christina has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University.

Vicki Dugger, Director of Development - Fundraising, vdugger@sawmillclt.org
Vicki, the newest member of the Sawmill CLT team, has over sixteen years experience working in the non-profit sector. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of the NM Jazz Workshop where she oversaw educational programming and fundraising. Prior to moving to New Mexico in 2009, Vicki was the Executive Director of the Oregon Downtown Development Association, a statewide community development nonprofit. She holds a B.A. in Art from the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma and a Masters in Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma.

RobbieAnn Muhammad, Homebuyer Counselor, rmuhammad@sawmillclt.org
RobbieAnn is an Albuquerque native with many years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the organization, she worked as a realtor, serving many first time home buyers and low and moderate income families. Her experience with these clients demonstrated the limited housing options and difficult challenges presented by Albuquerque's real estaste market. The opportunity to serve the people within this range of income and still sell houses really excited her. She is proud to be a member of the staff and community.

Wade Patterson, Project Coordinator, wpatterson@sawmillclt.org
Wade has been engaged with community planning activities in the Sawmill/Wells Park area for the past six years both as a member of various citizen committees and in his former capacity as Community Planner at the Harwood Art Center. He has worked in non-profit management for the past 13 years, drawing on his background in Folklore and Community and Regional Planning to address social issues in creative ways. A downtown area resident, Wade moved to New Mexico in 1998 and joined the Sawmill CLT staff in 2011.

Renati West, Receptionist, rwest@sawmillclt.org
Renati joined the Sawmill CLT staff in October 2010 with more than twenty-five years of administrative experience. She is also one of Sawmill CLT's first homeowners, having purchased her Arbolera de Vida home in 2000. She is an active community member and is currently serving on the ADV Association Board of Directors.

Betsy Najjar, Volunteer, bnajjar@sawmillclt.org
Betsy is a CLT homeowner within the Arbolera de Vida community and has been active in neighborhood groups and CLT governance since 1997. She has an MFA from the University of New Mexico and has lived in Albuquerque for over 20 years.

Debbra Colman, Real Estate Development Consultant
Debbra has over twenty years experience in real estate development across the country. In 1994 she became state director of Bank of America's real estate department, and, in 2000, she joined the Historic District Improvement Company as their Executive Project Manager. Debbra has been working with Sawmill CLT since 2004 and is contracted with as needed to provide management and oversight for our development projects.
